With this order platform, elpix ag provides a service based on the core platform of Enterprise Services Platform, where internal and external order processes (e.g. SoftJet, Shaman, Printolino, Qube) are being performed.
Starting point hereby is a web- or client-based surface where orders from one or more service- or product-catalogues can be performed by one specific person (e.g. employee of the company). Over granular adjustable authorization instances, a definable authorization process runs through, after placing the order. If this authorization process was successful, services/products can be ordered automatically (e.g. special interfaces to systems of the service provider). Additionally, the order platform is equipped with a free definable feedback process, which makes an evaluation of the services supplied possible. All data will be central saved in a company database and can be portrayed for evaluation by individual reportings.
